Obviously a spam. We danced a merry dance regarding my Microsoft account being hacked and she needed remote access to my computer to fix it, when I said I wasn't home, she was happy to access my internet through my phone. She knew my name address and phone number and when pressed gave me a big long fake microsoft licence number. She got really annoyed that I didn't comply. The phone number is now blocked!

calling and said my computer has been infected by downloading a malicious file from internet.

I told her never mind I am not using my computer anymore and chuck it in the bin and buy a new one, then she said its not gonna solve my problem.

Did she mean the virus will stay in my house even I chuck the computer in the bin? interesting scammer

This time there was no message. Rings late morning, scam caller that tries to extort money from innocent victims. Encouraged by government inaction. Probably originates in India but there are many other possible sources of this criminal activity including right here in Australia.

ask me to download an app called anydesk and said if i don't download it "telstra" would have no responsibilities if i have any security issues

didn't answer no voice message left

said from it techican department about my computer total scam told her to f.... off
