Scam call, caller didn’t respond to “Hello”

Claims to be Gladys Liu on message left on my answering machine. Gave a number to call back, that appeared to be a different number to the one leaving the message. Left the message both in English and Chinese. Checked the phone number left on the message and it matches her office number. Hence, this may be a genuine political call.
