Rang twice in one day just hangs up after you answer

When you call this number back you get a recorded message....the number you have called is not in service. If the number is not in service, how can someone call me from this number? What the hell is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps calling but nobody talks when you answer. Often calls around meal times.

Yet another number that calls me and hangs up when I answer. Then when I call back says that it is a disconnected number and check it and try again. GRRR
