Hung up when answering machine cut in, so I called the number back and got a recorded message "Optus advises that the number I am calling is not connected" . Obviously dodgy then!

Had many missed calls and hang up calls to a company number. Have blocked the number now. Very annoying

Robocall usual rubbish about internet being disconnected within 24 hours. Pressed 1 and guy with heavy Indian accent answered - could hardly understand what he was saying and said so. He immediately hung up before I had the chance to abuse him for wasting my time with this repetitious attempt at scamming.

Caller: Claimed to be from NBN and that I had to connect immediately - obviously auto call since I have been getting them often to day only minutes apart! I already connected the NBN Minutes later a call from (03) 9561 9822 with same message. I did NOT press 1 as requested.

Received 4 or 5 calls throughout the day on 17 May 2019 of which I did not answer. Now it's Monday 20 May2019 and already by midday I have received 2 more calls from this number . They never leave a message on my answering machine So it's obviously NOT important … just very annoying !!!

Caller: NBN Received this call at 11:10am on 20 May 2019 on my landline and on a recorded message telling me my internet would be disconnected in next 24hrs to resolve press 1. We did and coming with technician told us that we downloaded big files that could harm our network.
How could that happen if our computer was broken last couple week?? LIES

Caller: overseas scammers Received call at 4.45pm on 13 May 2019 and noticed the number looked suspicious I did not answer and they did not leave message. Later I called the number back and..."Optus advises that the number you have called has been disconnected" How do they get away with using Australian numbers as the caller ID when they obviously call from overseas?
