Same call as above. Stated we had been hacked and telstra was getting serve messages telling us we were a security risk. When I asked for his Telstra Employee ID he said DLT5829. I told him i'd call him back as his number came up on the phone once I had called the telstra technical department to verify his position within the company. He yelled profanities at me, called me all sorts of names and hung up. Telstra really need to do a PR gig stating their company don't do phone calls like this.

Foreigner purporting to be from the "Telstra Technical Department" (which is a nonsensical title) claiming our Internet access would be disconnected tomorrow.

Ended the call at the point of him of asking if I was the primary account holder, which I wouldn't answer as Telstra isn't our ISP.
