Relentless and now I am getting music left on the answering service!!! Calling at all hours of the day.

Marketing company calling club members on behalf of Giant Steps (the old Innocent Bystander people).

Just spoke to them and they don't own it anymore. So it's not innocent bystander. It's actually brown brothers who brought the name and data base. Innocent bystander in Healesville is now called Giant steps. So it's good to know. So I will call Brown brothers 50 times during there busy times now just to waste their time

You do sign a contract agreeing to be called to claim the discount. Unfortunately for them, there was nothing in the contract about actually answering the phone.

Innocent Bystander are the culprits. But why, oh why can they not leave me a message. Doesn't really enthuse me about calling them back...

I have had 4 calls today!! I regularly buy wine from Innocent Bystander so guess it must be them. Annoyingly they hung up when I answered the land line calls - computer generated perhaps?
