redialled and your call could not be connected

Asked me if I was with the ANZ bank. I said yes and then hung up. Tried calling back but number said was not connected.

I didn’t answer as I didn’t recognise the number...glad I didn’t answer it!

I informed them I already have solar panels, then she asked what our bills were like, when I said it depends on the season, she hung up on me. I hope this isn't one of those calls to get you to say Yes to everything, as they can use your voice to create dodgy accounts in your name.

Sarah Jackson called me 11:18 am Friday 9th Feb '18, to let me know the government was offering a rebate on solar paneling and asked if I had solar panels, when I said yes she asked me how much my usual power bill was per quarter, when I could not recall how much straight away, she hung up. Her voice sounded more robotic than human. I am in Western Australia.

The person on the end of the phone said they were from the federal government solar panel rebate scheme and asked if I would talk to them. Each question they asked resulted in me answering yes. They then asked me how much my power bill was. It was then that I realised it was an automated voice and I ended the call. My concern is that they have "mined my voice" and use this recording so that it will appear that I have agreed to pay money for something. Arrgh

I think it may have been a recorded message, with pauses included, selling solar power. Definitely annoying.

Scammer call possibly dodgy solar seller. THEY HANG UP ON YOU ALL THE TIME!
