we got a call from (03) 5550 0552 and i called it back it says the number you have called is not avalbile its a fake phone number

We only say hello once, if nobody answers, we hang up. Any more than one hello and it opens up the line and they speak.
We also have ''do not call '' setup on our home and mobiles phones, it doesn't stop them from ringing.
