Caller ID showed number as (03) 5321 2021. Female with very heavy foreign (Asian?) accent barely able to understand said she was from Microsoft and wanted to help us fix our internet problem. Conversation scripted. Audible background chatter. Most probably SCAM Call Centre. Landline serviced by Telstra owned by Learmonth AU. Number registered on several Scamwatch Websites with no positive reviews. Region: South - East Region; State/Territory: Victoria or Tasmania; Capital City: Melbourne or Hobart; Phone Type: Landline; Possible Location: Ballarat VIC.

Had a call from this number (03) 5321 2021. An Asian lady on the other end said she was from Telstra and we were going to get our internet disconnected tomorrow do we know why. If she really was from Telstra she would know why. SCAM. My wife just hung up on her.

Unsolicited = unwelcome call. I did not pickup. Suspect scam.

I answered call...long silence..then a recorded robotic voice said 'goodbye'

Repeat caller. Must have 'phoned at least 6 times in past few days. Returned call on a different device & got the usual recorded message "Optus advise that the number you have dialled is disconnected".

Caller rings but I don't answer. The call goes to message machine, but no message is ever left. 3 or 4 times a day over the last 2 days.

Long delay before answering. Chatting in background. Claimed to be from Telstra Technical Department and wanted to fix my internet problems. Scam.

One of many calls saying they are Telstra Technical and there is a problem with my internet, that someone is trying to hack my account when I am browsing. All this with heavy accents. When I said they were trying to hack me or scam me, he passed the phone to someone else, and I said I am sick of receiving these calls and they are scammers, they hung up. As with other comments above, we usually ignore as it is an 03 number (different variations) and always same "spiel", they can be very rude as well

Definitely a scam.... hung up when I told them I was recording the call to forward to the AFP... always works for me.

Claimed to be calling from "Telstra technical support." Hesitated to start speaking initially (which is a telltale sign). Audible background chatter. Our number receives several calls a week, targeting a vulnerable person at this address. Have reported this call to: the ACCC Scamwatch, reference number 399386, the Queensland Police Service online, reference number 2265221, and by email to the Ballarat Police Station in Victoria. (Internet search revealed Ballarat, VIC was the likely place of origin).

SCAM caller from (03) 5321 2021 - do not answer - block them if you can.
Got a call from this creep at 8:30pm in the evening and they called back twice claiming to need to fix the internet. Absolute rubbish. Avoid this caller at all costs.

(03) 5321 2021 called me four times last night from 7:06pm every hour until 10:59pm. I did not answer because I do not anyone in area code 03, but the constant phone ringing was annoying especially the 10:59 one as I was in bed and asleep.These kind of calls are getting more frequent.!
