Called 2 times today, no voicemail :(

I picked up said hello, they didn't answer straight away, that's the sign of a spam

Constantly getting calls from Victorian numbers, this was just another one. They asked for me by name and I told them it wasn't me. Asked how they knew my name and they would respond. They eventually hung up after I gave them the hard time. Call sounded like an Indian call centre. Called himself Roger

Caller: Electricity Telemarketer

Stated that they were calling me to discuss my electricity bill. I told them to remove me from their list as I'm not interested. Block this number to avoid yet another annoying unsolicited telemarketer selling electricity plans.

When I called back this number it rang for 20 seconds then cut out,
