Caller (with a foreign accent) said he was calling from the The Do Not Call register. Knew my name & Address & that my phone was with Telstra. Asked how I paid Telstra bill. I hung up when he asked if I paid by Credit card

They hung up when asked to speak English

Just received a called from this number saying they were a government agency. Tried ringing it back and it was disconnected

She said she represented Telstra, and all she wanted was the expiry date on any credit card to put in a security code, so I gave a cancelled card. Promise was no more spam calls on my number. I only ever get spam calls on that number. Let's see if it rings again

foreign sounding person asking for credit card expiry date number is disconnect when trying return call after they hung up

Just received a call from this number asking for someone not at this address. Typical call centre from off shore...the point being: on redialling this number I found it to be disconnected in Australia. Beware....!!!
