Had the same recording at 1.45pm today. Just hung up.

Indian scam center. They are so inept that even pressing #1 to ensure my IP is not disconnected for illegal activities, with which I would not be able to use any devices and would likely be arrested and charged for something something, left me listening to jovial indians laughing and joking amongst each other unaware that some pillock had inadvertantly answered my call prematurely. To which they terminated my call after 1 minute. :( I'm sorry mr fbi and my ISP, I promise not to download Linux Distros again, promise. cross my heart. I dun wan lose my IPs... :(

had the same call as others, stating my IP provider is going to cut off my computer,phone ect and to press 1 to avoid disconnection. I hung up.

Advising our computer would be disconnected within 12 hours. To avoid disconnection Press 1. I hung up. Probably a scam.

Had this call a few times - recording says my IP provider is going to cut off all my computer, phone etc. connectivity unless I press No. 1 on my phone to stop the process! Hung up and called back. The number is not connected or is incomplete.
