Received a call stating I had placed an order for a listing for my business. Wrong! I have never put in such a request with Yellow Pages. They must have found my small business details somewhere and are soliciting business. Starting off with a lie is not a good sign.

I work in the contact centre that this individual is speaking about. It is a registered business that has an outsourced contract with Sensis/Telstra.

This is White pages harassing about selling you an account. I don't want an account. I don't need one. Stop calling. Another company on my Black list. Insurance line calls all the time as well harassing. As well as others. Keep doing this to people you greedy pigs and you will end up losing customers by pi##ing them off.

Unidentified caller has rung me at about 9-10am for the last 3 days on (3) 51351333. When I returned this call, the caller was still unidentified, with the message "please hold the line".

SCAM!!!! These guys claim to be an advertising company called sensus on behalf of yellow pages. They have some of your details already and pretend to be an actual company. If you decide not to hang up (or better just block their number if it rings), be very careful if you speak to them and what you say 'OK' to...
They managed to lock my brother into a 'verbal agreement' and have been sending monthly $1500 invoices for business advertising he never wanted or needed. He was driving at the time and while somewhat distracted, and without fully understand what they were offering him, he said yes to a verbal contract. My brother asked them to send him a confirmation email first with the details before proceeding however that never happened and he finds himself locked in.
The next day he had called them back after he realised what had happened they apparently agreed to cancel the contract.
They have now threatened him with legal action if he doesn't pay the monthly invoice and unfortunately he has to go down that avenue. He gets harassing calls 5 to 6 times a day to pay. .

Got another call from these guys...stating they were from the AFP selling kids stuff for charity. Noises in the back ground...to make them sound all busy - it's foley - didn't come down in the last shower. If you're going to try and sell like they do on 'the wolf of wall street' give up. It doesn't work. It's not Hollywood...and if you get a call from this number...give them a fake name, a fake number and say you'll be reporting them to the real AFP.

Sensis/True Local/Yellow Pages/White Pages or something connected with them. I made the mistake of responding to their "free" listing offer. As they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch! Talk about time wasting/hard sell. Like Telstra, I'm seriously considering sending them an invoice for all of the hours I've spent on the phone/chat lines/email etc either trying not to be sold something, or just getting their products to work properly. Just set your phone to "block" the number.

These people have called me at least 50 times, even though I've already told them I won't be buying anything from them, ever. Worst spam callers I've come across.

This number called me to confirm business details, apparently from Yellow Pages Online, then pressured me that I need to buy advertising as they are part of Google and it's the same as AdWords but cheaper ($1500 for 6 months). When I said no they told me my business would suffer and why would I want to lose business... According to them I was making a mistake and the CEO will crush my company. I have been receiving 10 abusive calls a day since I said no and receiving a lot of abusive emails from walter.justus @ sensis.com.au, with an email signature including Spectrum Sales Outsourced Division... Definitely scammers. I run a very large corporation and have no need to advertise. BE AWARE, THESE GUYS ARE RUNNING A BOILER ROOM.
