Caller: Energy Aust Definitely Energy Australia. Just one of their case managers using their office landlines. But you will go thur their push number syndrome before getting anywhere. So I hung up and rang the case manager directly (a lot quicker). Make sure you do this if you get a case manager assigned to your issue.

I got a call from this number the line disconnected during call. I also rang the number back and it disconnected automatically.
Before their initial call to us dropped out they did say they were calling from Energy Australia...not on behalf...not too sure about that though!!!
