SCAMMER: trying to convince me they're from Telstra & they're needing to disconnect our internet as we're being hacked every time we're online. But of course if I jump online she will show me all the errors & help me fix....Trying to prove she's from Telstra by telling me our "unique Computer licence ID" but unable to tell me our Telstra email address! Quite aggressive.

Claimed that there was a "problem" with our Telstra internet connection, and that if we didn't do anything about it, our connection would cease to work. Put him on hold, while I asked my partner to come - the caller hung up.

Most aggressive with Indian accent. Insisted he was from Telstra service dept that my internet will stop in 2hrs 15 mins and the hackers were in the system now. Rang back more aggressive when I opted out on first call.
