Do not use this company!!! The director is very helpful in the showroom offers coffee and promises good bargain prices what you end up with for $10,000 worth of tiles are fake copies with bows from the heat, which he will not replace for the proper tiles, he also charged us more for these shoddy tiles and verbally abused us when we said that they weren't good enough, he called the tiler away repeatedly to work on more important jobs or so he says a day job turned into 3 weeks of not being able to walk on the floors. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

I'm very disappointed with this store after my experience with them.

I ordered tiles and were told that it was all fine. Fast forward a month. The day that the tiles were supposed to be laid in my home, I get a call saying that the tiles are out of stock and I need to come and pick new ones.

I attended the showroom the next day and each subsequent tile within my range was "conveniently" out of stock, discontinued or only had a small supply of that tile, not enough to do my house. I was then pressured to upgrade to a tile more than twice my original budget. The amount of pressure placed on me to make a decision then and there was unbelievable. I left the store and went with another tiler.

I will never be using these people again. If you absolutely must use these people, I suggest that you find out upfront whether the tile is available and get a proper quote with the breakdown of their calculations, don't just accept a figure that they pull out of nowhere. Don't just take what they say on good faith. I did first up and learnt the hard way that they are just not trustworthy.

I have never written a review like this before, I just hope that it helps someone be a little more shrewd than I initially was.

If only I had ready these before. I cannot believe this company, I have spent so much money on my tiles, I have tiled the whole house, I have lips everywhere, it looks terrible. They keep promising to come out and fix it, never do its been months now, so I will be taking this further. I would never recommend anyone to use Beautiful tiles they are the worst! They just keep brushing you off once they have your money, lie and avoid you.

i had a TERRIBLE experience dealing with this company. They have the WORST customer service. When you sign the contract and had over the money they act extremely kind, assuring you to get the job done when you call. But the manager never answered the phone. After calling numerous times for over a week, I still couldn't get in touch with them to arrange the tiles. The manager was never in the office, and the messages i gave were mysteriously never passed on because no one ever got back to me. I would speak to someone different every time and when I did get to speak to the manager he had a horrible attitude, they only eat your money!!!!! Eventually after threatening to get my money back, they got someone to come (much later than originally planned because no one ended up coming the first time) and the worker told me he had resigned because the boss never paid him on time and only came for this last job because money was paid in advance.
Don't make the same mistake as me! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!
If i can prevent at least one person from doing business with them this is worth it!
