I called back number (02) 9880 0331 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

Received call from Diamond Holiday Club, said he was calling from Southbank Melbourne but 02 is a NSW prefix. Think Diamond Holiday Club is a bit of a scam, their 1300 number doesn't answer, clicks through to "somewhere else", probably overseas, then an automated message that they can't take call at the moment.
