Hi, I am a former resident of the married quarters in Cunningham Road, my father was in the Army there from 1957-1962. I can remember going to Dances at the Bambi Kindergarten on Saturday afternoons. Rock & Roll from about 1.00pm to 4.00pm. Someone would play the latest records and us being around 13 to 15 and still at school, we had a great time. Kids from all around the area attended. That is all I know about the kingergarten. The camp area around is still in my memory. Remember the boat being built on land next to the last house in Stevens Road near Bambi.
