I was the patient of dr. Sultana syeda. She saw me 7th of October 2015 and refer me to Liverpool hospital for further diagnoses and receptionist lady told me everything is done and they will call me. today I called Bankstown respiratory & sleep disorder the lady who picked my phone call told me she is the manager of sleep disorder and told me she couldn't find my file and she don't know why doctor refer me to hospital. She also said that my referral was made on last Monday which was 19th of October which was very late. When I asked for an explanation she said she didn't have to explain and she couldn't help. She also said that if I didn't want to wait that I should spend my money and get it done promptly. She was very rude.
