They came to our place today, one of the guy's was extremely Rude, complaint about how much stuff we had, even tho we told them exactly how much there was and what they needed to take, yet denied half of the stuff and gruntly took it anyway

Gave us a quote, but when they got there they ask for $200 GST extra, yet there was no mention of that during Quote. Very Annoyed.

We also had something really big, that required at least 4 people to lift, they only had 2 people and partly damaged it removing it.

Very Unprofessional, will definitely not be hiring again in the next year.

If you like hidden cost and rude remove list (Apart from a nice young guy), then there for you. Other wise, i'd avoid at all cost.

We booked for a job for a 3 bedroom move. We moved one room ourselves so they only had to move 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and a kitchen appliances. (mind you it was only 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 5 big boxes, 2 fridges ,1 freezer, TV , TV unit, 2 big lounges and 2 small). We moved all the little items ourselves. ie clothes, crockery, linen etc etc. They said the job was too big on the same day , walked out and came back 1 hour later to complete the job. I find that was unprofessional, rude and the opposite of "quality service" they claim to provide. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

OHH and i forgot to mention the lady Carol was rude, unprofessional, raised her voice at me when I questioned what happened, said she didn't need to talk to me and hung up on me twice. Her tone was demeaning, and belittling. Makes me wonder where the advertised QUALITY service was?
You would think the company would ask clients for a list of items they need to move instead of labelling it as "3 bedroom". What I have in a room is different to what someone else would have.
