Got a call from this number. The woman wouldn't say where she was calling from, just that she was offering a government rebate on tax. The rebate she says had been around since the Paul Keating era. She was unable to tell me the name of the rebate (claims there was approx 270+ types) and that all info was available on the website. When I asked which website, she couldn't tell me. After some pointed questions she basically said goodbye and hung up.

spruikers, scammers...why is it when you call the number back its not connected....I call BS and your probably working for them

Called the number back immediately & answered by a recording saying "Optus advises that the number you have dialled has been disconnected".

Have received 5 calls from that number. Answered once and there was silence on other end. When I returned the call, was told number was disconnected.

The Number calls for 3 seconds, just as you're getting to the phone. They stop and call again 30 minutes later and same again. Very annoying....

Got a call from this number, didn't answer, display said call originated from Dural NSW.

got five missed calls, so I called back only to get an optus message saying number has been disconnected, this was only 3 minutes after the last missed call.

This number called and when l answered they hung up adter a few seconds. Scam or call centre l'm guessing.

Didn't answer the number, but I never get calls at 2pm on weekdays so I knew it was suspiscious.
