wanna know when is cesar's availability

DO NOT COME HERE. Very bad customer service. The lady receptionist is very rude and will will be treated as a 'number' not a client. I came here at 8am Saturday and I received number 20 she told me to come back at lunch, I called her and she said 'Caesar will not be ready until 6-7pm' I said to her i cannot make it that late and she told me to line up tomorrow again to get a new number instead of re booking for me. I told her that this was unfair and she said 'this is the system we've had since 1992'. Things have changed since 1992 and there is something called a telephone and booking.

I called back at 6pm and a lovely man name Ray said he will put my name down for tommorrow for me. I came back the next day at 7;30 am to put my name down in case he didn't do so for me and saw my name as number 2. I called the office around 10 am to see if the accountant- Caesar was in she said 'you can come now'. I came there and the same lady receptionist was very rude to me and said im NOT getting number 2 im getting number 40. I asked her why and she said that's not your handwriting. At this point i wanted to get my group certificate back and go somewhere else. I asked her for my group certificates and she made me wait 45 minutes got the papers off the accountant and said 'there are plenty of tax accountants out there we don't need clients like you, if you want to com here you are expected to wait from 7am -12am'. I was treated poorly with disrespect. When I asked to speak the accountant the receptionist said 'he does not want to speak to you he told you to go somewhere else'. They have no concept and understanding of peoples time. I felt degraded. I recommend people to find tax agents that treat you as a valued client and not experience what I have gone through.

I have been here twice on this place different years. but I am a bit disappointed. I think if they know you well then will help you a lot. if they don't know you that much then they will give you the worst (sh*t) refund. I have seen cesar twice. another thing is, all the people I work with and I know that they know him and they have seen him every year, they always got the biggest refund. but when it comes to ordinary people because he rarely know us then they don't give a damn. I even brought my mother here and really bad experience. I hope the government check on them because I think there is favoritism in that place. TRUST me! it happen to me twice in there. Never again. Beware of FILIPINO favoritism.

I had already paid Quarterly PAYG instalment notice from July to September 2011 the amount of $165.00, then October to December $165.00 and the last payment was January to March 2012 $395.00 total $725.00. And maybe you can re adjust these payments, before you lodge my tax return.
