Keeps calling me and then hangs up? Happened twice in 24hrs same number

The guy on the phone claimed to be real estate agent and asking if I am leaving in Merrylands (NSW). I left that suburb like at least 8-9 years ago. Didn't say how he got my details though.

Caller: Acting as local real estate agent

Knew my first name, and wanted to buy property. as soon as i asked that how did he got my contact details, he hanged up.

Somebody introduced himself as property agent and questioned my rental property status...sounds dodgy
