Telstra following up from online billing issue. Sounds like a VoIP connection somewhere else though. Dropping packets, and heavily accented.

Have had 2 calls today to my home number from this number! Each time I answer no one is there and then they hang up. If this is a telecommunications company then it's pretty shocking communication I would have thought!

Telstra are absolutely incompetant. How hard is it to connect a mobile phone? f*cking idiots. I would not recommend Telstra to my worst enemy.

This "is the receptionists number from the "Complaints Department" however youo soon discover that there is no-one there who has any authority to handle a complaint. Basically they take your detail, promise to give it to a case manager and you never get a call back. As soon as I have certainty that there is no penalty for leaving them they will never have my business again.

Quoted 3 seperate costs for cable broadband over 5 conversations and ended up going with optus...I ended up being hung up on via the complaints number. Left messages for them to ring me back and got a call from this number that hung up on me......grrrrrr, worst service ever!!!!

I had numerous calls from missed calls from Telstra, answered this call without realising it was them again right in the middle of trying to park on a busy road (no idea why I answered - I wasn't thinking) I said I was too busy to talk - but she told me it was an important call about saving money, she said I was paying too much on my mobile plan and she could save me money - I said "I told you I was too busy to talk!!! I have cars speeding around me and I am trying to park!!!" I was so grumpy - but I asked her to call back since she told me I was paying too much and could save money, which was interesting since I was only five months into my contract... they never called back so I called Telstra myself and found out that this call centre has a reputation WITHIN Telstra for dodgy deals and false claims!!! WOW!! She said it was good that I didn't sign up with them, she said there really wasn't a better deal for me... but as a gesture of good will she gave me $10 a month off my bill... what an education, that even Telstra don't like these guys!!

Called back from oversea Telstra Slave desk. Tried to enquire about a line to see if there were a fault . Was told by the dumb arse Asian lady not my line not authorised to check,
Got love the bullsh*t from them, when the jobs were done by an Australian Worker they would test the line to confirm a fault. I complained told them to service their kind and stop stealing jobs, They rang back to complain,

I just had a call from this number. I had the phone right next to me and I picked it up and it hung up. If it's Telstra they must want to say 'Oh we TRIED to call you.' I am waiting for a call from them. Typical. You are NEVER off the phone trying to fix faults and hassles with Telstra. I said I would never be with them again but now I'm in an area where I don't have a choice. Same deal every single time. I HAD to buy a Telstra phone because they now have tiny SIM cards and you can't use the normal size one. Following the example of IBM. They give me 'free' internet gig for the phone but I can't use it because the browser isn't compatible!!! Have you ever heard such sh*te!!! Have no internet on the PC and no phone coverage at regular intervals. The first time they said it was a Telstra outage, after that it's my fault and we can help you by selling you this antennae for a thousand dollars. No thank you. Then they fix the outage and I have cover again. Lying bastards. Telstra is going to die in the arse I reckon.

Got a call from this number which sounded dodgy so I hanged up. I understand why ppl get mad but that's no reason to turn into a bunch of racist f##ks. Maybe you guys deserve worse than just a bad phone call.

Telstra lackeys calling me again to drum up new business. Telstra is a joke man. Can't fix billing issue, now cold calling to get more money out of our pockets.

Received phone call from this number today lady with indian accent saying I wasn't being charged correctly on my home phone and internet and that I needed to change my bundle because next month i'll be getting charged more when internet is actually included. Sounded dodgy so hung up and called local Telstra business centre and they confirmed I have been charged correctly and that this must've been a scam.

Filipina sounding lady said she was from Telstra and opened by asking my DOB! I told her absolutely not, it was a scam, don't ring me again. Now on my blocked list.

Now I am getting calls from Telstra (02) 9478 2200 ???
