I work for IBM and found that someone is using the IBM Switchboard to get a hold of me to gather information about one of my Facebook Friends trying to get personal info out of me about them.. Scam company is called searchresults.com.au

Someone claiming to be from IBM trying to assist in a sale with a vendor of ours.

Calling but no message left.

Beware Search Results/ Premium Locals/Publicity Monster will call everyone on your friends Facebook if their work place is listed. Absolute morons they have put me and 100's of other through hell because of their crap!! Biggest liars and scammers I've ever met

Someone claiming to know me well. Well if they know me that well they would know other ways to get into contact with me.

Claimed to be HSBC calling about possible fraudulent transactions on a credit card (that hadn't been activated) wanted to do a "security check" I declined.

Checked my card transactions, no transactions in the last 90 days. possibly a scam?
