Disappointing if it was NRMA I was really looking forward to telling them I don’t need their service hence why I haven’t renewed

Caller: NRMA A very lovely customer service representative called to remind me that my roadside membership has expired. Was offered 20% discount for a promotion they have. Gave me the receipt number over the phone and confirmation receipt by email.

Caller: NRMA I answered and told NRMA I wasn't interested but they continue to call each day. Could possibly be a scam caller pretending to be NRMA.

Twice in two days, around 2pm, this number rang and when I answered they hung up. I won't be calling them back. If this really is how the NRMA deals with their customers then I'm glad I'm NOT one of their customers!

Caller hung up after I answered. From the comments above/below seems to be NRMA about an overdue membership - which seems right as mine is late.
