Got a call last Friday from these guys and missed it. No voicemail - just got called and they hung up as soon as I answered so thought I'd check if it's more of this kind of thing. Looks like I am right. Why call if you're not going to talk!!!!

Called every day for about two weeks, but I can't answer it at work so haven't ever picked it up. I figure if it's vital they will leave a message

Yup, it is a company doing telemarketing for Westpac. I just called that number, talked to someone who made it clear they were calling from Westpac and wondering why I wasn't interested ... when I told her that the last few times I had picked up I would get no answer, she went "oh, yes, our system sometimes (SOMETIMES?!?!) misconnects". She did take my number down and said she would take me off their list. I'm going to call Westpac now to tell them what I think of them ...

I get at least 3 to 4 calls from this number each day, it's driving me nuts. Surely if it's Westpac they would talk to me!!

Called them back & asked them to take me off their call register & then said I was on the Do Not Call Register & I would report them if they called me again.....seems to have worked!!

They ring me every couple of days don't leave a msg, then i always have a missed call from private number

These people are unbelievable. They call at least five times a week and just called again a minute ago. You answer the phone there is dead silence and they hang up on you

These people don't know when to give up. They keep on ringing up, there is silence and they hang up on me. Its so frustrating as it happens at least 2-3 times a day. Can anything be done to stop them.
