trying to detain you by talking about retirement options

Caller: ICG - Infrastructure Capital Group

Have received different variations of this number (02 9188 30XX) of the last couple of weeks and finally answered after blocking many variants. Lady announced herself as from ICG.

Caller: Said he was from ICG

Said he was calling in response to a government initiative to help transition people to retirement. I said I wasn't interested and he kept pushing saying everyone says that at first, etc. I then said I had a Financial Adviser and an Accountant and I would check with them He said they wouldn't know anything about what he is offering. I asked him to email the information and he refused because I hadn't given him the chance to 'qualify' me as someone who would benefit from the initiative. I then asked him to explain who ICG was and he refused, saying that I was obviously in a bad mood and he would call me back at 6pm. I said I would be out, so please send me information about ICG so I could check with my accountant. He then said 'I am trying to help you but you are just being rude and you are actually quite an unpleasant woman' and promptly hung up :-)

If "They keep ringing from different numbers" & you "Never Answer" .... How do you know it's the same Company ?????

Asked them to explain who their company was and how they got my details. He insisted on calling me back at 6pm (could hear my upset baby in background) even though I said im not interested multiple times. Then he said "I'll call you at 6 and hung up". Blocked the number

called about using tax and super for investment.
When asked where they got my number and how did they know which suburb I lived in, I was told it was from they’re private files and he wasn’t going to give me anymore information, so I hung up.

Numerous calls from this number. No messages left. Nuisance caller.

No message left but obvious from this website a dodgy caller. Will be interesting to know if any further attempts are made.will block this number & see if they alter the
number in future.

Some guy wanting to know who worked in my family. Yeh like I'm going to tell him my business. Another annoying telemarker. Blocked them!

Fellow said he was calling from ICG. Started his spiel just as others have described. Couldn't answer straightforward questions. Extremely pushy despite claims they don't charge or have any other financial incentive. HA, yeah right! Just out to steal my financials then?

These idiots have been ringing me every single day for over a month. I block each phone number but they keep ringing!!!! (I get a missed call notification even though I’ve blocked them). They keep ringing me from different numbers and I keep blocking them and never answer. I rang them today and the guy who answered said he was from White Pages. You’d think they’d get the hint by now...
