Some man with bad English said he was from "Australian" something I couldn't understand and he asked if I was in an accident today. I knew he was a scammer and told him this scam is all over the news. He hung up. Be aware!

I have been harassed by these people insisting that they can help me put in a claim for the car crash that I had where they assumed I had an injury.

A man with strong accent has telephoned 20 people at my office - one after the other - wanting to talk about an accident and claiming damages. Do yourself a favour and hang up

We get these calls all the time 9163 2587 comes up on my switchboard and when i dont pick up they start calling random extension numbers this can last anything up to an hour and it floods all our business lines and apparently from sites like these - everyone seems to know about it - BUT NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT cause they use a local tel number but are actually calling from India. Namaste my ass! The other number to look out for is (07) 3886 8971

Rang my business 23 times in 30 minutes. "Australian Injury Helpline" then changed to "Accident Hepline". Absolute scam using legitimate busniess names!

Indian caller claiming to be from insurance company. Claims I was in a motor vehicle accident and must provide my credit card details to pay the victim. I offered my insurance companies details so they could persue my insurance company for payment and provided them with the local police station number.

Claims to be calling from an Insurance Company regarding the recent accident you were involved in. First time male, a few days back, now a lady. I questioned who they were, how they got my number and why they were calling me but hung up. Waste of time.
