Caller said he was from ???? legal firm, calling in relation to my car accident. Said I had not had an accident, and asked "Where did you get your information?" He laughed and said, "just fishing, mate".

Yes an insurance scam. They have talked about an accident i have had in the last 2 years. Well guess what? I have not had an accident, the only claim was for a windscreen. So maybe that is where they have got my phone no. After many calls and asking them not to contact me, their number is blocked.

I am still having these calls very frequently in spite of the guy hanging on me when I questioned his claim about a car accident. Which organisation if not the Federal Police can track these scammers and how, as I tend to believe they are not based in Australia?

I keep getting calls from this number, I haven't answered any and have added to my blocked numbers list, this doesn't seem to stop them unfortunately.

Called today said my car was involved in a minor accident which I was not at fault but wouldn't give me details about what car or where the accident was. Told him I haven't had an accident and he hung up. Tried to call back and there was a msg from KDS Marketing. Scam!

Had a call from this number this morning. I couldn't hear him well at first, imagine my shock when he asked for my son! I replied, 'He's TEN years old and I'm his mother, can I help you?' Hung up REEEEAAAL quick. Now my son is quite upset - as am I - because we don't know where these people got his details from.

Just got a call from this number and he asked if I'd had a 'bump' lately. I replied NO and then he asked if a relative or friend had an accident recently. Again said NO. He then apologised and said he would take my name off a database and hung up.

Sounded so unprofessional like she had no idea what to say, then had to ask for my name to pretend I was in a car accident but could hardly hear her over the TV in the background. Just don't pick up

I just got a call from a male with a foreign accent from (02) 9099 5654.
He suggested that I had been in an accident. When I pleasantly stated to question his credentials he very quickly hung up.
Over the past couple of months I have had a number of calls from this parasitical outfit.
