Caller: Heart Research Institute

Heart Research Institute Call Centre. They call from a call centre on a machine- which sometimes doesn't click in straightaway when you answer so sometimes they hang up on you. They are legit but a pain nonetheless!! Won't take messages to call back so they can forget it........

If you don't recognise the number or they haven't left a message, don't answer/reply

Many calls and when I answer they hang up! Wish they would stop wasting my time!

Three times in the last 24 hours this number has called my mobile; each time I answered the call, I said hello twice, but there was no response and then THEY hung up!

at least when I rang back, I found who had called. This call centre rings on behalf of a number of clients. Don't know if the clients are charities or sales marketing. Wish they would stop.
