telemarketer waits for you to say something for it to be triggered, therefore dont say anything and they hang up.

Yes, definitely NIB Life, which I didn't ask for a quote, just took out health insurance. Didn't want to take no for an answer. Suggest blocking if you're not interested in Life Insurance!
