Caller: Amazon - apparently

Call was an auto voice call stating to press one to confirm if I purchased at Iphone for nearly $900. This is obviously a SCAM as I rang the number back from a landline and it does not even ring, just disconnects.

Auto message about renewing subscription, forwarding me to speak to staff to cancel. Absolute scam.

Called 20 Jul 23, voice message advised from Bpay and to select 1 to confirm a payment of $1900 or 2 to cancel. Scam as no Bpay activity in relation to my accounts. Checked number which shows previous scam activity.

Caller: Internet scam

Claimed to be from Telstra! We don’t have a Telstra service. Just laughed at them.

AI voice called "Brenda" claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank to advise of a $1,800 purchase on my card Didn't get as far as the bit where you press 1 or whatever. Hung up and blocked the call. It never stops, does it?

Caller: Robo call

Robo call - scam visa /mastercard regarding transaction. I hung up immediately. Have seen this number reported a number of time - just block it.

They said they were Telstra offering me a 30% discount for the next six months

claiming my subscription would ne debited to my account or talk to their staff. hung up on them.

Had a missed call from this number.
Called back and number was not in service.

Beware and block

Said that something wrong with my internet IP address wanted me to log on to my computer and they would take me through how to fix it

My phone set off a warning that it was a suspected spam call.

Definately scam number

Spam - reported to be from Commonwealth Bank calling to verify a payment to an American account.

This was an automated voice message, from Amazon. It was a fake call
