Answered a call from this #. They said were following up letter from government. When said I didn't know what they were talking about they hang up.

I missed a call from this number and rang it back. Telco message advised that "calls to the destination you have dialed are currently congested. Try again later."

I answered the call and they said they were following up correspondence they sent me about a government solar incentive. I asked them where they got my number and said I had no idea what they were talking about. I asked them not to call me again. The caller said "no" and terminated the call.
