Caller: Microsoft Verified, genuine Microsoft call. calling about legacy support agreements/products that are end of support. At this point in time, they were calling about a very old version of Office, Server 2012 and old versions of SQL server that are all either end of life or well past end of life.

Caller: Viisnuu Told me he was from Microsoft, but I google if Microsoft made cold/customer calls and they said never, so I am suspecting its scam/fake.
