How do these people get my number? Who are they? Wants to tell me about my business not showing up on Google. I am very happy with that right now.

Whoever it was didn't answer. So I hung up. Not going to call back, looks like a scam to me.

Caller promoting website design, got my number from Yellow Pages, told me my online presence was poor, I agreed and explained we are too busy and have no capacity for new clients so a poor presence was desirable - we parted on affable terms.
