I emailed Millers about calls from this number, thinking it was a scam - 'offering insurance to Millers loyal customers, once you verify your details'. Shocked to find out it is Millers offering insurance!! Response from Millers: Thank you for contacting Millers customer care. Millers are ringing customers providing insurance and we apologize for the inconvenience caused, please contact 1300 13 13 20 or service @ rewardinsurance.com.au to insure they don't contact you again and to get your details removed.

This number is connected to the Millers clothing company and they are trying to sell Insurance policies. Definitely spammers. I am annoyed that my information has been passed on this way by this company as it is an invasion of my privacy. Therefore, I will not be shopping with them again. After originally receiving a missed call on my mobile from this number I looked it up on the internet to see who was calling me then recorded the number in my mobile as a scam so I don't answer it. After getting a call from this number every week or so over the last four or five months, I decided to call the number listed above by Robyn to have them take my mobile number off their calling list. Will be interesting to see if they call again. Hopefully not.

I just had a call from (02) 9007 0051 and they said it was customer contact. Read these comments as I wouldn't give my information. They said they will call back. By the way, I am a bloke so don't know why Millers, Crossroads etc would be calling me.

Insurance cold calling on behalf of Specialty Fashion Group (Millers, Autograph, Katies, Rivers, Crossroads). Unfortunately the do not call register does not work in these instances. This is the problem when you join 'Loyalty Schemes' In essence they are just an exercise in collecting mountains of data on their customers. As Specialty Fashion Group has entered into a business arrangement with this insurer they are not technically selling your details but are using information you have willingly given them for an alternative purpose. Let them know your disgust via their facebook pages and shop elsewhere.

They want you to pay for the call. Simples. I fell for it, thinking one of my children needed help. I was not happy at all. Won't be shopping at Millers again.

Thank you guys, may The Lord bless you all n your households. Such a comfort to know that I didn't miss an important call also waste my time n energy on a call back. They ring until my mobile dies so now it's on the charger all day as its my older handset n its battery is not that strong. I'm elderly n w/disability to ankles n right arm fm an accident also at high fall risk. Such ppls have no shame, actually they have no good to God work that they can do that's why they sleaze on decent folks. May the Lord weigh down on them n make them see their wrong ethics. Thanks again fr exposing them here. May the Peace n Protection of the Lord be on your right side always in JC. Cheers, EmaW

I have wanted to buy pyjamas in TAREE NSW and haven't been able to for the past 3 months, last year at this time it was exactly the same This is bad service. People in Taree do wear pyjamas and night wear so Millers please get your act together. I am not the only person that has had to go elsewhere for there night wear. the Millers staff in Taree are great but their suppliers need a wake-up call.

I have just tried to contact Millers with regard to the Call selling me insurance. The phones are not active today. I tried the head office and received a message stating that there is no one available to take my call. If they are selling insurance why not just say that instead of making it about updating my details and saying it is a gift to members.

I rang this number back (02) 9007 0051) and was advised that it was Millers Woman who are currently contacting Loyalty members about updating their details and to leave a msg on their VM with name, mobile # to be put on their DNC Register. Just really bizarre as I usually get SMS's for sales and what not, but never a phone call til now. Now blocked for good

This is an insurance scam from Miller loyalty program Cleary they have no regard for their customers selling my details on like this I wonder how much they made from selling the list even after I ticked the box not to receive correspondence from third parties
