Your all idiots, yessir is St George/Westpac and yes they're calling Coz uve overdrawn ur accounts, but it's called an ISDN 100 outdial range, so u may receive a call from any number starting with 6000-6100 then 6100-6200 then 6200-6300 I'd suggest if ur going to block the numbers lol.. U have to block 400 numbers 😂 If you talk then your voice is probably being recorded, they can match that later for not receiving payments. Good luck 🤗

I've been receiving calls from this number, 6200 and 6300.. daily for the last 1-2 weeks, some days it’s been 3-5 times per day. Just now as I’m typing this, got 2x calls from 6300.. I’ve not answered after calling back about 1-2x in the beginning, 6200 goes to voicemail to ring St George, Bank SA or Bank of Melbourne, the other rang 3x then got cut-off. Thing is, I don’t bank with any of these banks ! Hoped it’d have stopped by now, but hasn't.. it’s now about 2 weeks I’ve been getting them as daily calls, serially harassing now really. I have blocked the two numbers, hope that's the end of the calls. It would be good to report this number also if there’s a legal department.. If anyone knows, please comment here !

It is St George, my Credit Card is over the limit, they called to see when I am going to pay - at least they call off a normal number, most banks call off private number if you owe money. They are doing just what any other debt collector would do.. you owe money you're going to be harassed.. makes sense to me - sounds like a scam because they are usually very fake, but that's a call centre for you..
If you aren't banking with them it could be that someone has used your number on their account - maybe answer and say you don't bank with them and they will leave you alone - you have to verify who you are before they tell you anything and if you can't verify they should take off number and send letter to person instead.

(02) 9001 6200 has been ringing once or twice a day for a week or so. They never leave a message and never answer if I pick up the phone. Nuisances - considering if it is possible to have the phone number blocked!

AH HA! I have a clue. Bear with me here. My credit card IS overdrawn But not by me so I had the bank block it while they investigated. Not those banks. Westpac. I'm on holiday. My phone was stolen. After a few tries I finally managed to get the idiots to change the number in the system so they could text me codes. For doing on line banking. They got it right yesterday. Today the calls start coming. 6200 and 6300. They called again as I type. I answered. Nobody was there. on 6300 is rings and answers but then goes blank. On 6200 I get those other banks message. I have had 9 calls in three hours. But nobody talks. There are scams that get you to call. Then you get charges on your phone bill. The person you called gets money from the telco. I'm not saying that's it. But isn't it odd they only started when Westpac got my number right.
