I called back number (02) 8999 1078 spoke to a woman who said company name is Smart Health Australia.

Have received several calls from this number. We screen all calls but they never leave a messages. I called this number back and a recorded message answered indicating that I had reached an organization called Smart House Australia working on behalf of Cerebral Palsy, so I suspect they're a charity chasing donation.
