I was fool enough to return a call to an unknown number- don't do it - telemarketers.

Kept calling did not leave a message and only stopped when I blocked the number

Jake called me claiming to be from electricity company ‘Forest Energy’ and wanted to discuss my electricity rates. When I asked for the business phone number, he advised it was the one displayed on my phone, without being able to tell me the ph number. I googled Forest Energy, no company listed in Australia with these details.

Number is now blocked.

These people are relentless! They ring every day for months. When I block their number a dozen more numbers spring up. Electricity telemarketing vultures.

Ask many times for my bank details saying i haven't paid my electricity bill and must pay straight away to avoid disconnection... funny when my electricity isnt even connected with this company....be aware this number are scammers

ive had to block about ten different numbers , never answered the phone luckily though , just annoying , these people really need to get a job and stop harassing people

Don't answer. Just block immediately otherwise they persist in calling.

When I answered they asked me if I was Stewart Boyd. I said, “No, you’ve got the wrong number.”
They asked the same question again and I repeated my answer.
They changed the wording on the third try to say, “So this isn’t Stewart Boyd’s phone - yes?”
Cheeky bastard ... trying to get me to say “yes” so they can use it for voice identification.
I simply said, “Not Stewart Boyd’s phone” and paused.
He had nowhere to go next so said, “Sorry to have bothered you” and hung up.

These people have been harassing me for a month and kept saying I was being abusive cause I had a go at them for f*cking constantly ringing saying they are with an electrical company. I don't believe them they have more than one phone number and are ruthless with the calling for over two months same place just different number. Each time I block one a new one starts ringing me

I called back telling them to stop calling me and they answered the phone “hello who is this?” (What way to answer a business phone?) and then tried to tell me they aren’t scammers and are offering a great discount... bullsh*t
