They call me, they ask for Allan, they tell me my name is Allan. I tell them Allan is dead, but then they call again and ask for Allan.

Ring up hang up from his number. When I try and call it back it usually says "your call could not be connected" but a one point I got an automated message saying "you've missed a all from a well known charity organisation, goodbye" and it hangs up. Why does it not say the name of this 'well known' charity organisation??
