This call seems to be conducted through a telemarketing organisation seeking donations. Calls are directed to another number. This is a scam and not connected with the State Emergency Service.

I answered the phone and said Hello, then they hung up.
Now blocked.

The number rang & then hung up

Answered and they hung up also. Won’t answer in future. Call every couple of days.

I have been getting calls every day for a week. I answer it but they hang up straight away. If it's a scam, which I think it is, why do they bother ringing and don't speak?
