Probably not their security that's the problem - a customer has probably provided the wrong number, and that number happend to be yours

Caller: possibly ubank sent me a pin code for an account I do not have. Either this is a ploy to get me to call or their online security is rubbish
“ Hello, your UBank security code is 217116. Enter this code where prompted online. Do not provide this to anyone, not even UBank.”
