I called back number (02) 8651 5040 spoke to a guy who said I've reached a switchboard but did not say the name.

I called back number (02) 8651 5040 spoke to a guy who said I've reached a switchboard but did not say the name of the company until he verifies who I am. A possible debt collection company based on the questions he asked.
