The call centres are in Australia. Tony and Simon, the call centre managers of the Parramatta office are great people. The sales manager and owners tell you to lie to get through to the business owner. They buy marketing leads from companies such as Dun & Bradstreet. Most of the leads they supply to the telemarketers are small business that don't qualify for their "unique concept"(spending over $250/month on call costs alone) anyway, but still make the telemarketers call even businesses like kebab shops and hairdressers. They will try and sign you up for a 5 year contract and make about 1000% markup on the hardware.

Unprofessional is when Nextgen refuse to put on you their do not call list and tell lies to get in their foot in the door.

Very aggresive marketers who are selling phone systems and lines for the NBN. They call us at least twice a day and refuse to accept a NO. That tells me they are on high commission and wish to rip you off. Go with a trustworthy company not Nextgen.

bugger off Nextgen
Posted on September 29, 2014 Caller type: Unknown Location: Australia
Nextgen are horrible to deal with. They will harass and harass until I had to use a whistle and blow in the phone for them to stop. This was my work phone too! The boss approved, esp after I showed him how many times they have called and wasted my time when I could have been with a customer on my very busy switchboard. They cost us money!!!

Just had a call from a Nadia claiming to be from Nextgen wanting to speak to a particular person. I said the person was not available and to call back next week. These people are very consistent and I never pass their messages on.

Rang asking to speak to company owner & knew his name. Said he was returning my boss's call, thought it bit suss. Became quite rude when I wouln't give his mobile number out. Gave me his ph# and company name & slowly spelled it out to me like I was an idiot. Rudest, arrogant jerk I've ever dealt with!

They have called me again the people from NextGen (a lady by the name of Julie). She is so persistent on speaking to the owner of the business that I told her that he is away until the end of next month. Hopefully she won't ring back

I just had these people ring up saying they wanted to speak to the owner of the business - obviously trying to sell something. I got them to email what they want to me and will probably delete it when it comes through
