Keep calling, but as with other nuisance callers, they don't ever leave a message. Obviously, if someone calls us legitimately, then they will leave a message stating who they are, where they are from and what they're calling about. But these kinds of pests are nuisance callers, so why would they be honest and honourable in the first place?

Yes... it is Newspoll. While the calls are unsolicited, they are just harmless survey calls. Takes up 10 minutes of your time. No selling, no pressure, just time consuming. Called me on Fathers Day, quite annoying, but at least they weren't trying to sell me anything.

They ring up to get you to ring back so they can get around the "do not call register"

I too have do not call register and silent line. What's the point.

I received a phone call from this number and they said they were conducting a survey for newspoll.

I was told by a caller this was newspoll but everytime I try to call I get engaged signal....can any one confirm?
