I called back number (02) 8597 9268 reached IVR for a company called RSPCA.

Won't answer if I don't know them nor if they don't leave a msg. Always results in a cold-caller asking for money and donations. I hate that!!

I'm assuming my number was on a call list for a variety of organisations who want to ask me for money.

I don’t answer to anyone who’s not in my contacts.... any phone number without a name that’s known to me SHOULD STOP CALLING.... the unknown numbers will NEVER be answered!!!
I don’t have money for charity, I have family and friends who I help! This organization should ask rich musicians and actors for money and politicians who take our money and have more then they need!!!!

Not really spam, the RSPCA offering raffle tickets to raise funds for animal welfare. If you don't like donating, block them, I guess.

A caller could leave a message, when they dont leave a message I dont call back
