Yep it's just Club Telco.

I called back number (02) 8583 3563 reached IVR of company called Club Telco.

Sept 2015 The number called my landline; i answered and they hung up immediately. I have got this number call my mobile as well. Based on above it is ClubTelco. My bill was overdue, and i suspect that their debt chaser used a machine to call without a person to answer so they could get their payment for calls made and calls answered. But no human interaction. Annoying.

Called me 4 times and hung up as I answered

(02) 8583 3563 - called and reached Club Telco. The lady i spoke with said that she's from the Philippines. Its a telecommunications company. They're only calling people who are existing customers or subscribers.

I believe that this is ClubTelco. I received a call and they just hung up on mr.
