Unsolicited charity scab call, their hands trying to reach into my pockets AGAIN. And yes, I am on the DNCR too. Charities AND politicians should be included, not be exempt, from this listing, because they're of the the HIGHEST irritation. In a nutshell, if you do not know me personally, or if I don't have an account or membership with you - DO NOT CALL ME.
Imagine how much money they'd save for their causes, if they ceased the barrage of nuisance telephone calls . . . . . . .

Registered on DNCR, but they still call. So...... I just play "the receptionist", then politely ask who do they wish to speak to, then pretend to put them on hold, then start playing a Chinese Opera..... Works wonders.

Hung up when i answered added to reject list. Similar to other numbers on my reject list. Why are charities allowed to dial random numbers hoping to reach a person?

Just had a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number; what with the number of nuisance calls I get these days I make this a standard practice. They didn't leave a voice message; although I received an SMS saying, "Hang Up Message" as the call obviously went to message bank, and these prix would have heard my recorded message which states, "if you're begging for money, trying to sell me something etc, don't waste your time". Upshot of this call? As other callers have done, I've blocked this number. I'm of the same opinion as Sammy Munt - politicians and charities should be subject to Do Not Call Register as well - I'll NEVER support anyone who cold calls as a matter of principle. I'm so sick of these a**holes!

This charity calls 3 times a day and hangs up on the rare occasions I answer

We have had 3 of these calls on the landline and 2 on my husband's mobile this morning. Blocked on the mobile. Thank goodness we have an answering machine!

Just received a call from this number. Hung up when i answered which is so annoying. After reading these comments ill be blocking this number.

Tired of getting these calls and then they hang up when I answer. They called Tues 10/05, Sat 07/05, Thurs 05/05, so every 2-3 days. I am blocking this number.

Called Looking for Mr & Mrs Lawrence this is a business number and has been for over 9 years she then asked so are they there ?

There are 2 exceptions on the DNCR, charities and political parties (2 groups I'd prefer not to be called by) - so if this is fundraising they can still call you unfortunately...

Just recv'd a call from this number, similar number to another annoying one that rang me yesterday. I terminated the call before answering so dont know who it is. I get calls from '8524' numbers every few days, and in the past they have been either charity or surveys/research so I dont bother answering anymore.

I'm the same as Rae, on the DNCR and receive this every few days...
