I called back number (02) 8448 0366 reached IVR for Telstra.

Caller: supposedly Telstra in Brisbane re NBN

Reported to Telstra, who said it was a scam call

They have called a few times and every time I answer the call, they just hung up on me.

Why doesn't Telstra revoke their account. They can get another one but just makes them work harder?

The person claimed to be from Telstra they become very aggressive when I refuse to provide them with my personal information.when asked as to why they were calling I was told that unless I provided my personal information they were not at liberty to tell me.
It is a SCAM.

I get calls from this number everyday no voice message left,If it was legitimate they would leave a voice message scammers

Had a couple of phone calls from this number telling me they were an authorised Telstra dealer called TSA. Checked with Telstra and they told me it is a scammer.

Pretended to be Telstra wanting to upgrade my phone and internet.
Wanted personal information - Give them nothing

Telstra NBN connection, asked for my DOB and I told him I'd go to the shop and arrange or call directly to Telstra. When I called back on (02) 8448 0366 it says it's Telstra TSA but still wouldn't trust them as they should not be asking for my DOB on mobile.

Keep calling. Called mobile- only rang twice and they hung up, then called on landline, hung up when phone answered. So sick of the number of times they call. If it's a legit company then leave a message. I basically don't answer any calls now unless I recognise the number.

Missed the callon mobile.Got call on landline just after. Claimed from Telstra. Think his name Trent, told him have to call back another time.(Were going to appt) Wont answer that number again.Thanks.
